They were bought as a Christmas present for my children, my brother told me that you can turn off the voice, but does not know how! Please help, I'm not crazy!

I think these shoes are new for me, I think you have been sold for the same reason, perhaps with a deffect to them and can not stop squeaking. Good luck wish I could help.
